In order to ensure that all employees go home safely each day, we have established a number of safety and health policies, programs and processes. All employees have a responsibility to follow and comply with the safety and health requirements of their job.

The following five cardinal rules are applicable to ALL employees of Aggregate Industries. When followed, the likelihood of an incident that can lead to injury or property damage is reduced.

	Do not override or interfere with any safety equipment, nor let anyone else override or interfere.
	Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) rules, applicable to a given task, must be adhered to at all times.
	Isolation and Lock Out Procedures must always be followed.
	No person may work if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
	All injuries and incidents must be reported.
